With the global market in mind, Honda designed the PCX to provide innovative styling and the ease of use customers expect from a scooter. In addition, such key components as the frame and the engine have the same basic design in all of the model’s markets, resulting in significantly enhanced production efficiency.
Thai Honda Manufacturing Co., Ltd. (TH), a Honda subsidiary that manufactures motorcycles, power products and components, serves as the global manufacturing base for the PCX.

With the PCX, Honda is striving to create a new market in ASEAN countries for a high-value-added scooter. Honda is also introducing the PCX to Japan, Europe and the US as an affordable small commuter bike that offers an excellent balance of features, including environmental performance, rider comfort and quality.
